After 12 years of building a business, the best possible endorsement we can have is clients coming back for more and their referrals. This demonstrates that our work speaks for itself. And frankly, as a modest Noble Ox, this always feels more comfortable than having to blow our own trumpet.

Another great endorsement of the Noble Ox approach is when we are invited to collaborate with other like-minded sorts. Quite naturally, we forge valued and productive working relationships with others who support innovation across the cultural, conservation, environmental and renewable sectors.

For five years or so, Noble Ox was a key partner for The Melting Pot’s social innovation programme. We are also an associate with Transform Creative and Carbon Communications. Our latest enthusiastically accepted invite is to join the team at The Surefoot Effect.

The Surefoot Effect

In 2012, Pam Candea took part in The Melting Pot’s social innovation programme. It was at this point that our paths first crossed. Noble Ox was part of the team supporting the programme now known as Good Ideas. I was a trainer and mentor for the incubees.

Pam went on to commission Noble Ox to help define and differentiate her good idea, then bring the concept to life. The result? The Surefoot Effect.

Ten years on and I’m delighted to join Surefoot’s team of associates. I look forward to their good company and supporting the essential work they do.

Scotland’s Gardens Scheme

I’m also proud and very chuffed to become a Trustee of Scotland’s Gardens Scheme.

Opening hundreds of gardens across Scotland every year to raise money for charity, this brilliant organisation has been going for 90 years. I look forward to doing all I can to support its future whilst honouring its remarkable past.
